Rewards System

We encourage and celebrate success in all areas of school life in order to guarantee that personal
achievement is acknowledged, rewarded and recorded. In this way we promote the worth of
accomplishment.
Students are expected to recognise and rejoice in the triumph of others, not only themselves. We
expect that they provide one another guidance and encouragement.

Praise
Students will always be praised for creditable work, notable performance or other achievements.
Such praise may be verbal, in the form of a Commendation, a Certificate, a letter sent to parents,
recognition in assembly, CAS Credits or recorded in the student diary.

Credit
For worthwhile achievement, or effort in any area of school life, students in Years 7 - 9 receive a
Credit. Certificates are awarded according to the number of Credits gained. The most prestigious
certificate is a College Award attained only by sustained commitment to study and our CAS
programme. Students may receive a subject Commendation for excellent work or effort. This
Commendation equates to three Credits.

Principal's Commendation
The Principal's Commendation is bestowed upon students who are outstanding in achievement or
deed. These students meet with the Principal to receive a Commendation certificate and a letter is
sent to their parents.

PTA Senior School Scholarships

School.They are in recognition of:
